Jason Van Duyn was raised in Edenton, North Carolina, where he began woodworking in his dad’s shop at a young age. He creates beautiful and artistic woodwork along with cultivating apiaries in Wake & Chatham counties along with his parents.
Clary sage honey is a ultra premium variety and ranked very highly along with Tupelo and Sourwood and is slow to crystalize. Clary sage is very rare- only planted in about 4 spots in the world - China, France, a small pocket in Oregon, and eastern NC.
